How it works

A thoughtful introduction—not a random lead.

We communicate with the client and work with the independent business before, during, and after the project—supporting clarity, connection, and attentive client care throughout.

Connection with purpose

The goal is not simply an introduction. It is a project relationship that makes sense.

  1. 01 · Before

    Start with a client conversation

Tell us what the work is, where it is located, when you hope to begin, and what a good result looks like. We listen, organize the useful details, and ask focused questions.

  2. 02 · Before

We confirm the business is a good fit

We consider skill, location, timing, capacity, communication, and interest. We speak with a potential Ninja before making the connection rather than sending a random lead.

  3. 03 · Before

    We make a direct introduction

When there is genuine alignment, we bring the client and independent business together and help establish a clear beginning. If the fit is not there, we do not force it.

  4. 04 · Before

    You establish the working agreement

The independent business evaluates the project and provides its own scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and service agreement. You hire and pay that business directly.

  5. 05 · During

    We remain connected

Paint Ninjas stays available to the client and the business, supports communication, and helps keep expectations and client care visible while the work is underway.

  6. 06 · After

    We follow through

We check back after the work, help close communication loops, and make sure both sides understand any appropriate next steps or follow-up.

  7. 07 · Client fee

You choose the Paint Ninjas fee

The client pays Paint Ninjas directly and chooses a service fee between 10% and 25%, based on the level of involvement. This is separate from payment to the independent business.

What we do

Care for the connection.

  • Listen to and organize project information
  • Speak with the business and consider whether it is a genuine fit
  • Support communication before and during the work
  • Follow up after the project

What we do not promise

Every trade, everywhere, on demand.

  • We are not a public directory or bidding marketplace
  • We do not guarantee that a match is available
  • We do not employ or control independent businesses
  • We do not set their pricing, scope, schedule, or terms

Good work in motion

The connection matters. The work still has to speak for itself.

Payment clarity

Two separate relationships. Two separate payments.

The independent business

You pay the contractor or business directly for the project work under its own scope, pricing, schedule, and terms.

Paint Ninjas Network

You pay Paint Ninjas separately for its connection, communication, and client-care services. You choose a fee from 10% to 25% based on our level of involvement.

No subs. Real businesses.

You know who you are hiring.

The professional we introduce is not presented as an employee or hidden subcontractor of Paint Ninjas Network. They are an independent business, and you work directly with them.

That keeps responsibility visible and gives both sides the opportunity to decide whether the project, relationship, and terms make sense.
